• 1BA15v.02, BA15.06  mobile drilling units are designed for exploration and exploitation drilling of water wells by rotary drilling with direct flushing in soft and medium-hard rocks.
• 1BA15n.01 mobile drilling unit is designed for cored  drilling of oil, gas and other mineral resources exploration by rotary drilling with direct flushing in soft and medium-hard rocks.
• 1BA15k.01 mobile drilling unit is designed for rotary drilling with a back flow in soft and medium-hard rocks.

Drilling units are the group of unified drilling machines mounted on MAZ-533702, Ural-4320-1912-40 chassis, equipped with different mechanisms in accordance with the technology of well construction applied by the customer. They are known for high efficiency, simple control, reliability and comfort in service and repair.

1BA15v.02

Basic equipment of 1BA15v.02 drilling unit :

• drilling unit (rotor Р410, two-drum hoist, mast h=18,6m with racking platform for a derrickman, mud pump НБ50, generator, setback, swivel, manifold, hydraulic breaker) on chassis MAZ-533702;
• compressor block PК15B on a trailer MAZ-8925 for well exploration;
• tool unit БА15-71 assy for transporting rods;
• hydraulic jet mixer, work platform, kelly, drilling and pipe handling tool

1BA15.06

Basic equipment of 1BA15.06 drilling unit:

• drilling block mounted on Ural-4320-1912-40 chassis with YAMZ-238NE motor has a similar design as that of 1BA15v.02, but it differs from the latter by the power take-off box with the main  friction clutch, hoist with the disk pneumatic clutch, welding transformer;
• PK15B compressor block mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer for well completion;
• BA15-71 assy tool block mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer for transporting drill pipes;
• hydraulic jet mixer, work platform, kelly, drilling and pipe handling tools.

1BA15n.01

Basic equipment of 1BA15n.01 drilling unit:

• drilling unit (rotor Р410, single-drum hoist, mast h=18,6m with racking platform for a derrickman, mud pump НБ50, generator, swivel, manifold) on chassis MAZ-533702;
• compressor-power block НП15А with the mud pump НБ125 on a trailer MAZ-8925;
• hydraulic jet mixer, work platform, kelly, drilling and pipe handling tool

1BA15k.01

Basic equipment of 1BA15k.01 drilling unit:

• drilling unit (swinged rotor Р410, two-drum hoist, tillable mast h=16,5m, mud pump НБ50, generator,  swivel, manifold, hydraulic breaker) on chassis MAZ-533702;
• compressor-energy block ПКЭ15 on a trailer MAZ-8925;
• auxiliary block БА15-271 assy on a trailer MAZ-8925 for transporting drill pipes;
• work platform, kelly, drilling and pipe handling tool.

All drilling units of BA15 type can be extra completed in accordance with the customer order:

• NP15A pump-power unit with the pump of NB-125 type mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer;
• PK15B compressor station mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer for well completion;
• PKE15 compressor-energy unit (compressor, generator, welding transformer) mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer for well completion, power supply, welding works;
• BA15-71sb tool block mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer for drill pipe transportation;
• by mast 19,7 m high;
• by clay mixer.
